What delivery methods Are Available?

We deliver your purchases based on your preference. We are open to the most effective and cheapest means to get to you – whether its through an organized logistics set-up (GIG, DHL, FEDEX) , bus parks or you wish to arrange a pick up from our warehouse in Lagos.

Simply add shipping instructions to your order note. We will forward shipping cost and shipping information when your purchase is dispatched. { E.G – Dispatch order to me in Nsukka via Red star express }. For most destinations within Nigeria, there is an option to pay deliver cost at destination. We will however communicate delivery cost and get a confirmation from you before we handover your package to the delivery company.

Within Lagos, delivery is via GOKADA or BOLT. You will receive shipping cost as generated by their delivery app and you can pay shipping cost in cash. Customers can also plan and arrange pick up of their purchases from the center.

How Can I Return a Product?

You are able to cancel and return an order to us only if the product is ”damaged” prior to shipping. Kindly consider safety when choosing a shipping option as we won’t be liable for damage or loss during shipping. We will properly bag and ensure your package is well protected for transportation, notify us in writing within a three days period that starts the day the day goods are received for any shipping concerns.  Where items are being returned we must insist that they are returned unopened, unused and in their own original packaging.

Please ensure you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us.  Please ensure that items for return are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not accept responsibility for damage to returned items caused by insufficient packaging.
