Making A Purchase
It’s very easy to buy and to get your orders delivered securely . Just look through our carefully selected choice of products, click on the product that you wish to buy at the case quantity that best suits your need, put them into the shopping cart and ”checkout”. Now contact our delivery helpline to arrange delivery for which you will receive an invoice based on your preference. We also have flat rate shipping option for some locations. We also advise that you open an account so you can easily keep track of your orders. For urgent supplies and to receive products immediately, please do a walk in transaction at the Eco-center or any of our sales point.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order within 3-7 working days, please see our delivery information page for full details. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Branding:-
We expect correct graphic input from client. We are happy to share our layout with your graphic designer to work with. This is to save time and to ensure you are sending us a design you are happy with for prints.
If you don’t have a design , We can develop one for you at no extra cost and send to you for approval. Kindly exercise patience if you choose this option , our in-house designers are usually very busy and this might take some number of days depending on the workload.
Production time is set at 7 – 10 working days after we receive correct input or approval. Corrugatted boxes and paper bags might take up to 15 working days depending on the quantity of production.
Design might slightly affect product size in some cases.
We assure you that your project will be dispatched at the earliest possible time. Kindly ensure to place your orders early enough for smooth transactions.
Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
Carey-out Packs do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option.
Returns Policy
You are able to cancel and return an order to us only if the product is ”damaged” prior to shipping. Kindly consider safety when choosing a shipping option as we won’t be liable for damage or loss during shipping. We will properly bag and ensure your package is well protected for transportation, notify us in writing within a three days period that starts the day goods are received for any shipping concerns. Where items are being returned we must insist that they are returned unopened, unused and in their own original packaging.
Please ensure you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please ensure that items for return are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not accept responsibility for damage to returned items caused by insufficient packaging.
To avoid disappointment, if you are unsure the product is correct for your intended usage, we advise you read the product description and check product dimensions or take advantage of our free samples service where we can send you a sample of the product to confirm product meets your requirements before you order.
